What’s New?
Employees can now have access to mobile check stubs through Payentry’s updated mobile app. The update, released on January 24th, will allow employees to access personal information, pay information, and important tax forms through their mobile devices. Features include:
Pay History: includes the employee’s pay history and personal earnings statements.
Tax Documents: includes the employee’s W2s, 1099s, and 1095s when available.
Employee: includes the employee’s contact info, status/position, accrual, direct deposit, and deductions.
Settings: The settings section is where the user can review the privacy notice, give feedback, rate the app, and log out of the app.
Most importantly, the app includes a 2 factor authentication process, as well as a biometric security option when enabled on a device with this feature. These security measures help ensure that information is available only to those with permission.
