Track employee and benefit plan information, such as hire dates, termination dates, Offer of Coverage and Safe Harbor codes, and employee wages for determining affordability.
All ALE’s are required to file forms 1094 and 1095-C with the IRS annually, regardless of whether or not health insurance was offered to employees.
